This is a chrome postcard, circa 1950's, dating from Vulcan being painted silver. An uncommon card of Vulcan being painted, especially the "wish you were here" part. That is a painter hanging under the hand. The yellow text at top reads "I'm swinging high helping paint Vulcan".
