An artist rendering on a postcard advertising opening of the  Ridgely Apartments on 21st Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. 2000 sees that the name has changed to The Tutwiler Hotel, a  recycling of a famous Birmingham hotel name.  This building was originally  owned by Major E. M. Tutwiler.
