"		A 1908 or '09 Card mailed by Jemison Real Estate & Insurance advertising office space in the soon to be opened empire Building at the corner of First Avenue and Twentieth Street.
			The back of the card shows that it was mailed to Bessemer Fire Brick Company. The card advertises an exterior of granite and glazed terra cotta.  The interior has" Italian marble and mahogany; hot and cold water; vacuum cleaning system; absolutely fire proof; every modern convenience; courteous, first class service."
