Built in 1913, the 25 story Jefferson County Savings Bank was built at 21st and 2nd Avenue North. It has also been know as the Age-Herald Building, Comer Building, and City Federal Building. 2005 sees it being converted to condominiums. December 2005 saw the City Federal neon sign atop the building restored and lighted again.
